Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
• Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Return Process:
• Contact our customer service team at info@mohlagos.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Once approved, return the item to our designated address (the customer bears the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part).
• Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 5–7 business days.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with photos for verification. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Refunds:
• We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or an exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds:
• If you haven’t received your store credit within the stipulated timeframe, please check your email or contact us for assistance.
